Tips To Improve Concentration
1. Make study environment. use study table if possible.

3. Study room must have proper natural lighting and air. during night proper white light and a table lamp creates a good learning environment.
4. Keep a list of your achievements handy. this boosts up your morale and enthuses to do some thing better than previous attempt.
5. Try to keep clock at your back wall. a clock in sight will always attract your attention and you wont be able to concentrate for a long time.

11. Give yourself small targets, for this divide your task into smaller manageable tasks that can be completed in a short period of time. Push yourself to complete one small task, then move on to the next task. Focus on one small task at a time.
12. Understand your peak time of attention. someone can learn more during early morning and some other may learn more during nights. use time of peak alertness for studying difficult or less interesting topics. When you are tired or hungry concentration will be lowered.
13. Self motivation is the best motivation so When your mind starts to wander, come up with some cue words to say to yourself (e.g., "Focus." "Get back on task.") to focus your concentration again.

14. Take Short breaks when you have completed tasks or when you feel concentration has decreased. Breaks should be approximately 10-15 minutes.
15. Prepare a "To Do List" If you have other assignments or issues on your mind write them down on this list or take a small step to deal with them. Then get back to focusing on the task at hand.
